核心職責： 了解粟泰產品功能及應用方法 管理團隊，在各種作物上測試粟泰產品 管理做測試期間與農民的關系 與農民溝通，了解他們的需求 了解其它農業(yè)產品在市場上銷售情況從而協(xié)助進行競爭力分析 Core Responsibilities: •； Understand SoilTap China products, functions, and application instructions •； Manage team and testing of SoilTap products on various crops •； Manage relations with farmers doing testing •； Farmer outreach to understand customer needs •； Understand other agriculture products on the market to assist with competitive analysis |
| 應聘要求 | 任職資格 ： 在中國農業(yè)行業(yè)3-5年的經驗 有美國農業(yè)專業(yè)學習和/或工作經驗者優(yōu)先，但不是必需 微生物學或植物學學士學位。 植物學，農學，生物化學和微生物學專業(yè)首選。 普通話流利，并能以英語溝通 較強的團隊合作精神 肯學習，有責任感 強大的解決問題的能力（發(fā)散性思維） 積極主動：獨立工作，找到最好的解決方案 較強的人際交往技能：隨和，友善，刻苦工作 充滿激情，致力于提高整個中國可持續(xù)農業(yè)生產質量，為消費者提供健康的農產品，提高中國農民的生活水平 適應不斷變化的創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境 Qualifications: -3-5 years experience in China agriculture industry -U.S. agricultural studies and/or work experience preferred but not required -Fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate in English -Supportive and strong team work spirit -Willing to learn, strong accountability -Strong problem solving skills (thinking outside the box) -Pro-active: does not need step by step instructions to find the best solution -Strong interpersonal skills: easy going, friendly, willing to work extra -Comfortable with an entrepreneurial, changing environment |
